LJIPL Mr.Bond®️ THERMAL PADS
LJIPL Mr.Bond®️ thermal pads offer good thermal conductivity, low thermal resistance. Being excellent insulation material, they are used between battery cells and casing, this allows for expansion and contraction of cells during charging and discharging. Additionally, it aids in securing the cells in position when vibrations occur.’

Mr.Bond®️ POLYMIDE TAPE
Mr.Bond®️ Polymide tape is used to wrap nickel strips in the battery pack, while silicone adhesive secures and shields the gold strips during demanding tasks. This tape provides high thermal resistance (Class 180°C) and flexibility, making it perfect for insulating nickel strips in battery packs without increasing overall weight. The product is flame-retardant (FR) grade, with outstanding dielectric strength and effective thermal resistance.
COPPER FOIL TAPE
The copper foil tape, coated with an electrically conductive, pressure sensitive acrylic adhesive, is used for EMI/EMC shielding. It is specially designed for EV application, with a thickness of 65-70 micron. It passes the 2 point test method and bear temperature range of T2.
Prateek®️ NITRILE FOAM TAPE
Prateek®️ Nitrile foam tape is used as a thermal interface material. It helps transfer heat away from battery cells and ensures consistent thermal connections within the battery pack.
LKJ®️ FILAMENT TAPE
LKJ’s durable cross-weave filament bundling tape boasts a high breaking strength with a film backing and rubber adhesive. The woven glass fiber enhances the backing, making it ideal for packing EV battery modules.
ACRYLIC FOAM TAPE
Acrylic foam is used in gasketing applications. It aids in preserving a water-resistant seal between the casing and rubber gasket. It facilitates filling gaps between rigid components.

Mr.Bond®️ BLACK COTTON TAPE
Mr.Bond®️ Black Cotton Adhesive Tape is made from 100% fine insulated cotton substrate backed with strong rubber-based adhesive. Because of its strong adhesion strength and insulation properties, it is widely used in conductor wrapping, connection wrapping, interlayer coil insulation etc.
BLACK BINDING SEALING TAPE
